The world is bigger than
yourself, so stop thinking about me, me, me and more about us. Examples of acts
of kindness include taking coffee to a co-worker the morning, opening the door
for someone, buying someone a raffle ticket, and letting someone go in front of
you while seeing that he or she only has three items and your cart is full.
When someone is selling candy, even if you don’t want the candy buy it, and
give the candy to someone else. People who do kind acts are happier within
themselves.

Physical activity
The effect is more than losing weight or staying fit. Evidence shows that moving is good for our mental health. It can help with anxiety, stress, and depression. Our brain releases endorphins while we are doing physical activities, also know as runner high. Working out gets me through my day. I get positive energy, it's a high that's for sure and I love it.
Family
Family is a lifetime of best friends – people who love you for you. I'm close with my family we do everything with each other, they're my rock. Being a family means having a bond, growing with each other, and sharing memories, and values. Family is a support system that sticks by us when going through a difficult time. No family is perfect, we can fight but at the end of the day, we kiss and makeup. After all, we are going to be best friends for life.

Key to True Happiness
Ask yourself, "What do you want in life? What's going to make you happy?" American Society tells us that to be happy, we need the coolest car, biggest house, and most fashionable clothing. This may make you happy, but only for a short period. We tend to want more and more and are never actually satisfied. People who value money, image, and status are more depressed than people who value personal growth, relationships, and the desire to help. If you spend your time on all the small things in life, you will not have room for the things that make you happy. As long as we have the basic needs, we have the choice.
